From the Barnstaple direction.

Descend the A361 into Ilfracombe and

where the road starts to bend to the right you will see Church Hill on your left.

A few yards further you will see Church Road.

Go down Church Road and you will come to Brookdale Avenue on your left. 23 is a few houses up on the right.

From the Combe Martin direction

Descend the A361 into Ilfracombe.

At the end of the little high street .

Turn right at the mini roundabout .

Turn Right at the next junction

and continue till the road forks.

Take the left fork

into Brookdale Avenue.
